When every Rust server wipes
from 37,544 wipes over the last 4 weeks
Every server wipes at the monthly force wipe. Plenty wipe again on a day and hour of their own. The heatmap below comes from wipes Rust Server Score recorded over recent weeks, not from what owners say they do. Thursday is the busiest wipe day in 2026, and the peak hours cluster in the evening. Check a server's next wipe before you plan a fresh start, and grade its rhythm on the numbers.

Questions
When is the next Rust force wipe?
Force wipe falls on the first Thursday of every month at 19:00 UK time, when the game update lands. The countdown at the top of this page runs to that moment. Every server wipes then, whatever its own schedule says. See the force wipe countdown for the exact time in your region.
Do all Rust servers wipe weekly?
No. Weekly, biweekly and monthly are the common rhythms, and the split above counts how many servers actually run each one. Monthly servers often map-wipe only at force wipe. Check a server's own schedule on its page before you commit a weekend to it.
What is the difference between a map wipe and a blueprint wipe?
A map wipe resets the world: bases, loot and terrain go. A blueprint wipe also clears everything you have learned to craft. Many servers map-wipe on their own day but hold blueprint wipes for the force wipe, or skip them. The server description tells you which.
